Dear Baldwin, I have gotten multiple unresponsive, unrelated replies to anything I have E mailed HQ as well. While it is endlessly frustrating and highly unprofessional and begs the question: WHY THE HELL DO WE HAVE AN IR DEPARTMENT ANYWAY?????????????? (may as well buy a autoreply program) I will continue to use the E mail option to post my inquiries to them. ,,, Barbara P.S.
