<Adrian wasn't held accountable by the press and the fans in San Diego.> Not sure I agree with that... he was the face of the organization in SD and in fact was expected to bring in hordes of hispanic fans from just across the border... he carried the team here for several years and was written about almost daily in the local press. However, your point is well taken... there is just more media in the NE and more microscopes... My post was more about how I'd never heard Adrian out and out whine about something like Sunday night games before and felt little sympathy for the guy considering the amount of money he gets to play Sunday nights compared to what he got in sleepy SD where there is rarely national media coverage and he made 1/10th as much money.
