Brad, In my opinion, TA indicators don't work very well with penny stocks. If there's a lot of Reg-S floating around you'll see large buys and sells in negiotiated transactions that are'nt indicitive of what I would consider "money flow". Judging accumulation can be tricky when these things are going on as you can see million share upticks that don't move the stock. I really hope we see a filing soon as we need more information to base these decisions on, best of luck, paul
