Do those urgent care centers have CT scan machines and MRI equipment? When I had my stroke last year, Iwent to a hospital ER where they immediately took a CT scan to make certain I had an ischemic stroke rather than a cerebral hemmorage because the immediate treatment is very different for the two types of strokes. I have also seen those urgent care centers and there was a multi million dollar verdict against one in Bellevue because they misdiagnosed a woman's stroke.
