PRWT may file the 10Q by November 16th if completed or request
an extension. PanAmerican Bancorp has not filed anything
yet. Eagle said it very well in his explanation. Being the
first 10Q ever filed for the company, there is certainly
a good possibility they may need to ask for an extension. That
is a common practice by many other reporting companies. It
doesn't mean a company is trying to hide anything. There is
just an enormous amount of accounting work to be done to finalize
the consolidated financial statements, especially with several
reporting divisions. Each division has its own sets of books
and each revenue producing division is being audited. Have you
ever been involved with an audit? I used to audit companies
and there is just weeks and weeks of work to be completed.
