I think ADI is out of the loop with the AWRE/USRX collaboration. I interpret the available information in the following way: USRX will probably keep using the TI DSP witch they are familiar and will use the AWARE technology to jump start their own development efforts for DMT ADSL on TI DSPs. This would be a parallel development to the Amati/TI collaboration and would probably require that USRX licences the basic patents from Amati.
