Thanks. I have kinda suspected this sort of action. I guess I am just very impatient for the fall. (I am head of a real software company, small, but with real profits; I am also very active with a Wall Street yr2k initiative. So I think I know what is going on...)

As an aside to an aside, I did some consulting (ran a dept) for an old friend in a well capitalized start up over the past few years -- in my spare time [grin]. My friend really blew it, had no clue, blew thru $5 or so Million...I could not fatham his silliness and stupidity. This loss of public shareholder $$ at zitl, to the tune of $18m over the last 3 months alone, well it makes me very upset. What a mess!
I cannot even imagine a mess an order of magnitude worse than my friends mess, it is soooo bad.
