You be thinking of AWS who is getting to WCDMA from IS-136 through GSM GPRS? ... or you counting on more spectrum for Cingular? No....I was listing the two companies that have thus far sworn off moving to any form of CDMA. I believe that a French operator also falls into this category....but it is considered likely that they will change their minds when the new French 3G auctions occur. "Tearing out infrastructure" is probably too strong....I would change it to transitioning customers to CDMA. Slacker
