This has been going on for some time ... Hector is just figuring this out
now ??!! What he says is true for medium/low performance products. I would argue
that this is not true for high performance CPU's. I'm sure AMD will be
able to deliver low-end/medium performance desktop boxes using UMC as
a foundry ... I'm also sure that INTC will outperform AMD/UMC on the high-end.
I thought AMD was interested in this part of the market ??!!
