Apple interest in Beats puzzling, says Bernstein

After multiple reports indicated that Apple was on the verge of buying Beats for about $3.2B, Bernstein
says it struggles to find a rationale for the deal. But the firm adds that as long as Apple continues to return
a majority of its free cash flow to shareholders, it would not view the deal as thesis-changing. The firm
keeps an Outperform rating on the stock.
