Why Ambitious Pols Make Their Pilgrimage to Yearly Kos This only shows who's standing on the thinnest ice, it seems to me. Kingmaker Kos? I don't get it. I've tried a few times to make sense of the Kos phenomenon. Every once in a while I visit his blogsite and try to make sense of it, but it just seems such a mess. Bedlam. Honestly, I don't see how being associated with that raving crew can be anything other than a liability. Maybe I'm missing something. If I am, I wish someone would explain it to me. A few months ago I thought the Dems might have a good shot at electoral success in '06 and '08, but now I'm starting to wonder.
