Z. Must do purchase accounting but dilution issue would not apply to NN acquisition as one could reasonably project rather decent earnings due to product transitions, focus on last mile, etc.

I must admit I am starting to wonder a bit. Seems like for now it is NT and CSCO vs the world. Maybe when LU (mirrors) and GLW (LCD molecular stuff) come up with true optical switch technology things may change. Can't imagine what CSCO and NT will do since LU and GLW have incredible optical physics people, a rare breed if I remember my graduate days.
