The man certainly has integrity and dignity, doesn't he? Our division made $433 Million in revenue in the first quarter of 2000 (which amounts to approximately $1.4 Million annually per employee) and we watched our stock drop like a rock because of all the worthless divisions pulling us down. Management refused to admit there was a morale or attrition problem (although everyday there was another 'Going Away Lunch'). Finally, in the last week of February they announced they would implement a bonus and they wanted our feedback. Everything was agreed to, but guess what? It's the end of October and the bonuses still haven't been given! Virtually everyone that was in that meeting is gone!!! Hey Rich, we never needed the sunglasses you told us we'd need! The future wasn't bright until we smartened up and left Lucent! It's a shame what you did to Cascade/Ascend.
