January effect big gains - to maximize January effect gains look for quality stocks under tax-selling pressure now, down 40% or more from yearly highs in quality sectors with excellent forward-looking or recovery prospects. This is my list; UIS, ANF, EGRP, CPQ, IMRS, DD stocks, TSK, BEBE, XRX which I own. Also CPU, TYC, SCH which I don't. All have the potential to be 50% higher by late January. Anyone not agree? Any other candidates to add to this beaten-down list?
