Steve,

Net sellers for months...let me take a guess...since September 1996, the end of the blackout period. Why is this so surprising?

You have a company who uses stock options as a means of compensating its officers. Why can't they sell some stock or options to reap some benefits from their hard labors? In the case of Idanta Partners why can't they diversify or put the funds in a new capital venture? People ask why would they sell? My question is how much do they need to own? When is enough, enough. For those who sold everything, guess what, their salary will provide them with additional options to acquire more.

Just a few weeks ago the WSJ had an article about Mercury Finance. Guess what, there was significant insider selling just before the price went up and there was signficant insider buying just before the price went down. What about the insiders selling on McDonald Duglas just before it was acquired by Boeing. Go figure?

IOM's track record speaks for itself. There have been many proclaiming the end to IOM's story and their batting percent is 0.00%

This is getting old,

John
