John: TQ for the post. One vital piece of info. we need is how many shares were exercised by employees last year at what price? What are the outstanding stock options? at what average price?
They reported $295M as recovered from option exercise by employees. If all the 68M shares they bought are used for this purpose, it is an average price of $4.32/shr. That is profit of over $2B to employees.
Isn't it time for shareholders to either increase the exercise price or to stop any further issuance of stock options until there is no more bleeding from SE?
