I thought things were about as bad as they would get...now Schwab tells me I need power of attorney to call in and correct a mistake on an IRA account, even though I'm the only one who trades the account...ever...ever and ever. They told me they don't keep the records from when the account was setup...even though my John Henry was on there setting it up. My Cyber trading seems to have hit the ozone. I feel like reaching out and touching someone today. <grrrr>
