The last four years I didn't see Nikon or Canon selling 1 litho to TSMC or UMC.:) It seems that ASML is their only lithosupplier. PowerChip, ProMos and WinBond used to be Nikon and Canon customers, but ASML gained also marketshare with these companies. re: Have a good holiday to everybody on this board The same to you etch.
