PT, I agree conditionally, if ESVS were to come through with the promised funding (this was purportedly the catalyst for the March 9 deal in the first place). But, to play that veritable devil's advocate, who is to say that the funding would not have been garnered by the same controlling shareholder and management on behalf of ZULU, if ESVS were not in the picture?
