Universal healthcare would save every American money cost some of the windfalls profits of the HMO's and Pharmas, some of whom have paid their CEO's bonuses in the billion dollar range. Univerdsal healthcare works beautifully in every single western country but the USA because our HMO and Pharma lobbies have paid off the GOP so much money. It's called corruption. When you go to bat for the big HMO's and Pharmas against the vast majority of American people you are really a stinker. What's next, defending pollution and global warming, or the disaaster in Iraq? yes.
