I'm sticking to the $80k to $100k stuff that needs work that I can get rid of for under $200k.

What are the rents? Are these your projected recovery prices back to peak? What were they worth prebubble say in 1999-2000?

If those are worth $200k retail move in condition today those are incredible spreads.. Where do I sign up?
