Steve - Thanks for the long and informative list. I know that took a lot of effort to construct and post. It is appreciated.

My first observation is that the large chunks of sales were by those who have already left the company, Noorda, et al. So those should be discounted, in my opinion.

As for those insiders who still remain with Novell, each sale should be evaluated in relation to the insider's total stock position (i.e., What percentage of holdings did the sale represent?).

As for stock purchases: Yes, insiders should have confidence in the company. This can be demonstrated by purchasing a significant stock position. However, we already know that the present group of insiders are challenged in many areas and should not be involved at this critical time in the company's recovery. In other words, with the exception of a few, the insiders should become outsiders ASAP.

This company may have a great future or it may go down the drain, but I doubt that its future will be determined by the purchase or sale of a few thousand shares of stock by insiders.
