You could even read the entire chapter. You could even read the entire report.

The report details how the yellowcake story went awry -- along with all the rest of the stories. Ironically, the White House disbelieved all reports that Saddam didn't have WMD, which were true, and believed all reports that Saddam did have WMD, which were false.

That's what I mean by cherry-picking. Believing what you want to believe and rejecting facts that are inconvenient.
