Hello Peter.

The risks of De Beers turning into De Borg are understood. It's
there whether SUF works with them or not. In the meantime, this
JV may present opportunities which can help develop SUF into a
major faster, and a closer association may provide earlier warning
signals if this partner starts to eye other properties.
