To follow up on this @Home thing, I imagine the reason they have preferred positioning is because Rogers is one of the original investors, no? And Rogers and Shaw started the Wave in Canada (cable modem) then partnered with @Home, so it's now Rogers@Home and (presumably) Shaw@Home. @Home provides the network now, including the caching servers, proxy servers, content, etc. and Rogers/Shaw do the billing and don't know what else was in the deal. WUWT
