No, look at INCY... they have tons of cash with little debt. I'ts the SEPR's, CRGNs, etc that have the busted converts. Watching this TYCO stuff on CNBS with Cramer and Kudlow..... Kudlow admitting he was wrong on TYC and the insider wheeling and dealing. LOL
