I don't know but agree with your observation SSPIF has shown strength. I can only hope SSPIF is going to capture a piece of the growing DSP market. I bought SSPIF about a year ago thinking it would appreciate, I still have hope that it will,but things always seem to take alot longer than you originally anticipate. Given time however, SSPIF may have accelerating earnings and begin to rally.
