I heard a report on CNBC this morning about a few Imperial Valley water cos. who are negotiating to supply water to San Diego. I imagine although I am not certain that CLCI is involved whcih would explain recent stock movement. They also said that the state legislature WANTS this deal to get done, as well as more deals similar in the future to assure adequate water supply statewide. Perhaps the valuable water resources under control 9of CLCI will be recognized sooner rather than later.
