I recently installed the ADLAC PowerLink cable modem service. PowerLink is a 10MB internet access service which is great! ADLAC also offers digital cable in my town. Digital cable competes with DSS. ADLAC's product offering has work OK so far but their customer service is VERY POOR. I have had two reasons to call for tech support and neither time did they answer the help line after 20 minutes on hold :( Without having done too much DD I see that the stock has held up well during times of distribution (late Oct-early Nov, all of Dec and even over the last couple of weeks. I am surprised that with 24% funds ownership there has never been "accumulation" according to my TC2000 chart. The '98 forecast is for $ and '99 $. The quarterly sales growth is only running at about 10% while the losses continue. ADLAC is the 7th largest operator with 2.0 million basic subscribers in 10 sates. Interesting but not convincing, yet PS yesterday they had a service problem in Boca Raton FLA and also I had problems in Boston.
