Hi, I have a small position in MCDE, and was looking through Edgar to determine who might have dumped 300k shares on the market today (suspect Venture capital share distribution) and noticed Mark Lampert as a buyer, at a higher avg cost than mine.

Name sounded familiar, so I did a search of SI and up popped your new thread. email address is adams@europa.com, happy to find any insight as biotech is a new terrain for me.
