Update due to the official IPO document I received a copy of the final document today - as indicated in previous posts, my information was based on the preliminary prospectus. The key difference between the two documents is the availability of actual share data in the IPO document. Specifically, there was a share consolidation in February prior to the IPO which resulted in total shares being set at 9.4 million. Applying this to the earnings reported previously, the company reports EPS for the 12 months ending November 1997 as $0.13, and $0.09 for the quarter ending February 1998.
