I've been in some priced all over the map. To me the price level isn't that important. And I don't get hung up on buying percentages like some people and/or angel investors do. I simply look at what valuation that pricing implies and try to get a feel for what a realistic initial public valuation might be.

Best of luck with the Biotech firm. I don't really do biotech deals in the private placement realm unless they are already in Pase III clinical trials.

I'm Southern Gal. I invest mainly in the South/Southwest because it's easier to visit the company, etc. But I've be involved in deals all over the country.
