Week ended November 13 in review For the week, Intrawest fell 0.7% on the TSE, 0.6% on the NYSE. Last week's choppy trading may well lead into a downtrend this week, particularly on last night's earnings surprise. As reported by Zacks Investment Research, Intrawest reported an EPS of $-0.05, a penny more than the expected -$0.04 for the quarter ended September 30. Today's trading will be dominated by the "will he or won't he" drama of a possible FED rate cut. In combination with yesterday earnings surprise, if a cut doesn't materialize, today will be a seller's market for Intrawest. Let's hope that Greenspan gives the market what it needs today; a 0.25% rate cut. Thomas PS: This review is late this week due to log-on problems.
