Cacaito,

Nice to see someone contribute some constructive ideas for a change. It seems to me as if this thread has little if any enthusiasm. My gut feeling is that although upset over the current stock price, many Vivus share holders believe that eventually L. Wilson will sign up the domestic partner and Vivus share price will recover back to double digits. Seems like we have been in that same holding pattern of 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 and will continue to be so unless we start getting some significant news. Of course the most significant news would be a domestic partner. Otherwise news relating to Astra/Zeneca's launches in EU countries and the announcements when either Germany, France, Spain or Italy announce licensing approval will be the only other significant development to expect. Maybe we might also hear some news from Janssen regarding approval in China--it will result in a $2M milestone and allow MUSE to be launched in the most populous nation on Earth with a billion dollar market in sexual aids.

I suppose there will be more constructive activity here as time passes and Vivus still has no domestic partnership announced. I believe that share holders will start to help get the ball rolling here if Wilson doesn't produce a partner by the end of this quarter.
