Sure thing, the best way to explain it would with an example so I will put up a chart of AMRI which I took long on Friday near the close. swingtrader.net I have the middle bar on this example circled. This is the inside bar that gives the entry on the trade. The bar before that, the WRB is bar 1. The circled IRB is bar #2 and the bar which gives us the setup by taking out the high of bar #2 is bar #3. Some bad wording on my part for which I apologize..but hopefully this will clear it up.
