Wedbush Morgan initiates coverage with a SELL rating due to the pressure the June-July share unlock (56.3 mln shares out of 73.8 mln outstanding) will create as well as the lack of visibility as to when corporate IT spending will resume; also, says competitors such as CSCO, NOK, and CHKP will cause significant commoditization in the firewall/VPN mkt in the long-term.
