If they don't file with the SEC, you and I will know exactly what is going on here, and have suspected is going on here from the start.

If they do file, I'll be pleasantly surprised and will be the first to admit I was wrong in thinking from the start that this is simply yet another among gazillions of scammy penny pump and dumps.
