While we are not enjoying our Isracann hiatus awaiting “the PLANTING” or something to the effect “POSITIVE” to get this going, I revisited a few of the older news releases figuring there are a few questions that I should ask Isracann.
I'll begin in that I was remiss by not asking about the current Covid-19 issues in Israel. This was a pure oversight on my part.. not thinking at all about the pandemic on how it affects Isracann. Seems as if shit has hit the fan very lately with Netanyahu over his full lockdown.. which may be another one of his ploys to keep the political (his purported corruption) protests grounded. haaretz.com
But then again, Isracann in a rural environment may not easily present the virus to affect the on- going construction. In their Sept 1 news release it is of mention, “”..The good news is that our construction team at Ein Hahoresh is moving ahead and even though timing delays due to the pandemic... our team has stepped up to minimize these delays.”” globenewswire.com
Getting back to a positive, I did bring to their attention the possibility of Kosher certification. It's doable on medical cannabis. matadornetwork.com this should work well since the first productions in their entirety will be for Israeli domestic use only.
The one source of confusion of the Isracann news releases has to do with Cannation, their 50/50 partnership with "Way of Life Medical Cannabis Company" in regards to the 55,000sf greenhouse & the offtake agreement with "Focus Medical" that encompasses a three-year supply agreement. I'm just thinking, if the first 3 years of the 55,000sf greenhouse cannabis production is pre- sold, when will the 110,000sf, currently “in- the- shell” greenhouse, going to be completed for production? If one looks at May 7 news release, it is written the 2nd and this larger 110,000sf greenhouse, will be utilized for increased supply capacity beyond the Israeli domestic market.
The sales agreement, again, is with Focus Medical. Focus Medical has an exclusive commercial agreement with IM Cannabis Corp. (CSE: IMCC) to distribute its production under the IMC brand. finance.yahoo.com “IM Cannabis Launches Sales of IMC-Branded Products in Germany, Adds to Pipeline of Purchase Agreements” finance.yahoo.com Now I am thinking, Is IM Cannabis waiting for Cannation (again, Isracann 50%) to get their shit going?
I sent the e-mail to Isracann on Sept 17.. today is the 24th. I'm patient, but with Isracann patience is difficult when one looks to the inside of the Promised Land.. and all seen is a fleeting heat mirage. |
