Did someone say bottom fishers? Well, I'm a value investor/bottom fisher and TBR finally became cheap enough for me. At under 5 X EBITDA and about 10-11X earnings, TBR is now officially cheap. You even have a margin of safety -- the market correction in Brazil. Other value investors are picking up on this one, to be sure.
