<OT>That house is three levels with the inside dimensions of 28 x 72 which equates to 2016 x 3 = 6,048 within the structure, however, minus the basement of 10 x 32 = 320 which is not heated and the garage of 20 x 10 = 200 sq ft which is not heated and unless my calculator is stuck that equates to 5,500 square feet both heated and unheated / finished and unfinished floor space...

Now when I built it I could have bought the ranch (no basement and no ford attic for 67K or the ranch with a basement for 87K OR the ranch, basement and Ford Attic for 107K which I did. Hmm ... amazing how they add money on unfinished floor space.

Oh and most of the plumbing is roughed upstairs and the fireplace is set in the master bedroom and the walls are framed. Cost me 700 for the special shower/tub basin in the bathroom. That was a few years ago. Most of the basement is already finished. Now the deck and swimming pool is another story but it is not considered part of the house dimensions or square footage. It also has three garage doors two on the main level with a double wide driveway and an asphalt drive to the basement Garage door. Oh and it is located on a corner lot too.

The proved living area is 1,720 which does not include the garage on the main floor ONLY, which is what it was when I built it NOT counting any improvements of 7 years.

Now would you like to calculate the acres .. it is on approx. 180 by 200 ... happy calculating. I say 1 an 3/4 acres.

Happy afternoon doing the math ... :-)

LOL (for those not understanding why I am even bothering to respond to these personal attackers ... My answer: cause it is fun and after 9 months of falsehoods ... why not I thint they have accused me of everything and point by point they have been wrong... I do get laughter out of this though.)
