BREAKING NEWS The USPTO has rejected all 95 of Neomedias claims in their patent, stating that they were obvios to someone in the art, based on the Wellner 193 patent that Neomedia modified in their view. This is a non final action but the odds do not look good for Neomedia if they rejected every single claim.
