Robo, Ridgeline (RLE.V) -- you might try asking their IR guy, he is usually pretty helpful with this stuff. I had posted some analyst reports on RLE at the Energy Sector Investing Yahoo Group awhile back but haven't done that in awhile due to the apparent lack of interest.

In the last financing RLE paid Macking cash compensation of 7% of the gross amount raised plus options to buy 7% of the shares issued in the offering, having an exercise price equal to the amount for which the shares were issued. This seems to be a pretty fair deal and very reasonable to RLE, given that the options only have value if the stock price goes up from here. It also seems to be in line with the going rate in Canada for junior companies. If anyone has any different thoughts on this issue I'd appreciate hearing them.
