Any one heard of Stan Harley? He's predicting that market will turn positive around March 3. He's the #1 market timer since 1998. February has been a real bad month and hopefully with the start of March the market and the techs will be better. However every friggin time I begin to feel a little better some F***ing ass analyst screws the market up once again. I wonder it every member on every thread writes to the Justice Department and complains about how sick and tired they are of getting ripped off will we get relief from a reformation? Frank
