There is little doubt that what Ronnie Earle did was typical
lib dirty politics. Any move like you suggest would be met
with howls & squeals. It would be spun 100% negatively by
the MSM & DNC with zero reality based context for the move
by House Republicans.

One thing about Delay - he was able to get things done in the
House the way a majority party should. He doesn't let the
libs set the agenda or hold up House business. And he
consistently got enough Republicans together to ensure
passage of legislation.

And even if Delay is completely exonerated, any move to return
him to power will be met with a massive negative smear campaign.
