It looks like we are going to lose the "exclusionary rule"

Some would say that's a good idea. I think those people work/worked at the DA or US Attorney's Office though. <g>

I don't think just having a warrant is good enough. There has to be an axe like the exclusionary rule hanging over officers' heads to make sure they do it "nice and neat". We shouldn't reward the police for doing shoddy/illegal work.
