Then again, this is also from two years ago... "An internal report at NPEC headquarters revealed a meeting with L. Regis (CEO of NPEC) and high officials of Barrick is to take place this week in Chile" Followed by "An agreement with a major is almost a done deal" These guys are a broken record. They just wait for the first batch of "investors" to get tired and bail out, then they use the same schtick on a new bunch of "investors".
