Joan,--- 400,000,000 increase in stock. I'm sure that Iomega will not do something stupid with this stock . Perhaps they will buy 4 billion dollars of Kodak or other digital company with IOM stock to take advantage of the n-hand that is coming out in June . Who knows but I'm betting it will benifit the shareholders overall . Think about it , K.E. and his management group are shareholders as well and they are not about to shoot themselves in the foot .
