There's been a lot of chatter in the mainstream press for a good five years about reverse affect of all these non-fat or low-fat pastries and cereals, how people think that just because there's no fat they can eat as much as they want. I first heard a focus on sodas just in the last few months. But I haven't been paying as much attention as I once did. I've started eating more fat, on purpose, in the last year or so. I find my total calorie consumption is lower if a higher percentage of them is from fat.
