Wall Street analysts like it precisely because Touch ID is one of those things that can be used for anything that requires a payment or a login.

The additional security is big, but I also like it simply because it will be much faster than logging into your account. I hate having to put in my password into my banking, credit card, broker, Amazon, ebay etc apps. Half the time I need to enter multiple passwords because I cant remember which password is associated with which account. The passwords are also much more complex to type in than the 4 digit passcode that is bypassed when unlocking the device.

Touch ID is more secure AND its easier to use. That is a very big deal.
