I agree with everyone on the childish language used in the last few posts. While this is understood I do not think it is appropriate. Therefore I suggest (as I did before) to totally ignore Mr. Wexler and the so called Doctor Suess's "idiotic" remarks with regard to CYBG which have absolutely no foundation nor logic. When it comes to handling Obnoxious and somewhat insance "entities" (which may include - but not limited to - human beings such as Mr. Wexler), the best comment is Silence, and just let them make their presense known (eventhough it is done in an obnoxious manner).

I am sure those of us who appreciate classical music, do go through a tremendous pain when listening to heavy metal and/or rap music. But that will only cause us to appreciate the classical music even more. Therefore, think of Mr. Wexler as sort of a very "loud obnoxious" heavy metal music with a touch of rap in it. The more we listen to him the more we appreciate the class of the insane world in which we live in! And similar to how heavy metal (and hopefully soon rap) music disappeared we can only hope Mr. Wexler and his clone "Doctor" Suess will also disappear as Cyberguard will demonstrate an even more impressive growth by the end of next quarter.

Now I appreciate it if we can all get back to CYBG and to begin with can anyone provide an up to date report on the following fundamentals:

1. Balance sheet (I am especially interested in their debt/equity ratio).

2. How is the employee moral within the company? Does anyone happen to know anyone who works for the company?

Regards,

Addi Jamshidi
